These terms apply when you use tohfa.pages.dev (“Tohfa”, “we”). By making or opening a Tohfa you agree to them.
What Tohfa is
Tohfa lets you make a small interactive web page (a “Tohfa”) with your messages, photos and an optional question, and share it as a private link. It is a light-hearted greeting product for entertainment.
Price and payment
Each Tohfa costs the price shown on the site before you pay (currently ₹49, one-time, including applicable taxes). While payments are not yet switched on, Tohfas are free and the site says so. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A Tohfa goes live only after Razorpay confirms the payment. See refunds & delivery.
Your content
- You keep all rights to what you put in your Tohfa. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone who has the link, only to run the service.
- Only upload photos you have the right to share, and of people who would be happy to see them there.
- You are responsible for what you write and share.
Not allowed
- Harassment, threats, bullying, hate, or anything meant to hurt or frighten the recipient.
- Sexual content, content involving minors in any inappropriate way, or violence.
- Other people’s private information, or photos shared without their consent.
- Scams, phishing, impersonation, spam, or anything illegal in India.
We may pause or delete a Tohfa that breaks these rules, including when recipients report it. If a paid Tohfa is removed for breaking these rules, it is not refunded.
The playful “No” button
In playful mode the “No” button on your question runs away, so the recipient can only answer “Yes”. It’s a joke, not consent to anything, and your tracking page says so.
Availability
A Tohfa link stays live for one year from when it goes live, unless you delete it sooner. We work hard to keep Tohfa running but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change over time.
Liability
Tohfa is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a Tohfa is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We’ll update this page if the terms change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
